The oceanfront bedroom includes a king-size bed with a new mattress, a private bath, and access to the upper deck. The bunk room features two bunk beds with new mattresses, a Jack and Jill bathroom, and access to the street-side covered deck. The final bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses, a private bath with an additional in-room vanity counter and sink, and access to the street-side upper deck. The upstairs sitting area includes a love seat, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a foosball table for added fun. This house is well-appointed with a new dining table, hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, televisions, large walk-in closets in all bedrooms, an enclosed hot/cold beach shower, and plenty of outdoor furniture.
