NEW YEAR - MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS! Large and spacious house, built to comfortably gather family and friends. **It's two blocks from the beach!** Located on Nereidas Beach, considered one of the calmest beaches in Guaratuba, just minutes from downtown. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites. And 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. They all have ceiling fans. The space The space The front of the house consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, TV room, dining room and kitchen. All three have ceiling fans and one of them has air conditioning. The living and dining room also have a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, kitchen utensils, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. At the back of the house there is a small building with two en-suites, both with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Next to the house is the laundry room, with a sink, the barbecue and another full bathroom. In front of the house is the pool. Other things to note: We provide bed linens, dish towels and face towels. (If requested and to be agreed upon) Guests are responsible for their own bath and pool towels. We also leave 5 beach chairs and 1 parasol for use. (If requested) The pool is cleaned 2 to 3 times a week, regardless of whether or not there is a guest in the house. The pool attendant usually goes in the morning.
