While garage is equipped with two couches, a mini fridge, and washup sink, there is still enough space (8'x13') to park your toys. South facing deck, perfect to watch the deer while enjoying your morning coffee. TV with satellite, DVD/VCR for those rainy days. Variety of board games and movies to interest all ages! This is our family cabin that we personally built from the ground up, so please enjoy and take care of it as if it were your own. Other things to note Water is hauled and a minimum of 100 gallons will be allotted per day of rental. Additional water usage, resulting in a refill, would incur a delivery fee of $150. Water cooler/heater on-site, full 5gal jug that you can refill at the local store. In the summer, a cooler is made available for your beach adventures. Sewage is septic, so please flush only toilet paper in the toilet. There is a Nintendo Wii on-site- if you plan on using it, please bring some AA batteries for the controllers, as these are not supplied! Garage space may be used for storing your snowmobiles, but we ask that you please use dollies to protect the concrete. One set is provided on site.
