Paradise exists in Grandpa "Loco's" Corner

A little bit of the history of this space: 50 years ago, I bought a piece of land, where there was a lot of bush and owls, so the first name I gave the place was "Recanto Coruja" (Owl's Corner). When I turned 50, my wife suggested changing the name and my nephews chose: Recanto do Tio "Loco" (Uncle "Loco's" Corner) (spelled wrong like that) and after I became a grandfather, it became Recanto do Vô "Loco" (Grandpa "Loco's" Corner). This place is charming, when I am here, I feel peace, joy and renew my energies! Come and confirm this with your family! The space Recanto do Vô "Loco" is a 15,000-meter farm located in a condominium of 5,000-meter farms, but it is NOT a gated community. It is all surrounded by wire fencing, we have caretakers whose house is 50m from ours and in 48 years we have never had any security problems. The farm is located 7 km from downtown Itupeva (on the left) and 7 km from the Jacaré neighborhood (Cabreúva) (on the right), paved road, only 200 m of dirt road; which facilitates access to supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, etc... Regarding pets, guests should consult the owner. The tranquility of the neighbors must be preserved, so parties, noisy behavior, loud sounds (including those produced by car speakers) are not allowed. Exceeding the number of guests established at the time of booking is not allowed. Guest access The house of Recanto do Vô "Loco" is a townhouse, but guests will not have access to the upper part (reserved for the private use of the hosts). Also, some interior spaces of the bedroom closets are not available, where private objects are stored. Good furniture, mattresses and decor are part of the house and have meaning for us hosts, so we ask our esteemed guests to enjoy everything with affection.
