Overlook the water while having coffee in the morning or grilling at sunset. If we have snow and cold enjoy the sliding hill and ice skating. Home is fully furnished with everything you would need. Home has 3 levels. Main level is open kitchen and living room, mud room, coffee/wine/sun room, half bath, and deck access. Top level is master bedroom with private bath. Down the hall is two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Top level also has a dedicated video/tv area for kids. Bottom level is a game room for all with ping pong, foosball, giant connect 4, dart board, bar, huge big screen TV, and pub style seating. Also has a full bath and bedroom. Ample driveway parking with heated double garage. 10 miles south of the MSP airport. Near great shopping, restaurants, and walking trails.
