Bright, spacious 3-bedroom house (offering 2 bedrooms) with 1.5 bathrooms and garden near Sutton Station. You'll have access to communal areas like a fully equipped kitchen, back garden, and a spacious living room. The house is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Belmont Station and a 5-minute bus ride to Sutton Station with great access (~30 mins) to Central London. Gatwick airport is +/- 30 minutes away. Lots of local woodland walks, lavender fields as well as Epsom Downs racecourse. The space We are offering 2 bedrooms: * Master bedroom offering a king-size bed with bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers and 1 wardrobe with hangers. (The right-hand wardrobe in the master bedroom is locked and unavailable for guests) * Second bedroom fitted with a small double bed, dressing table/working space and 1 wardrobe Linens and towels are provided. Guest access You will have access to the shared spaces that include: * fully equipped kitchen with a dining area suitable for up to 4 guests * comfy living room with a flat-screen TV * 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower room * 1 WC * back garden with outdoor dining area and BBQ grill During your stay We can be contacted by phone or text should you need assistance. Other things to note * The house will mainly be shared with 1 of the hosts (male) from Sundays to Tuesdays. * Logs in the second living room are for decoration only and are not to be used in the wood-burning stove. *One kitchen cupboard near the washing machine is unavailable for guests. * The wardrobe on the right-hand side of the master bedroom is unavailable for guests. * Storage underneath the stairs is unavailable for guests
