House overlooking the Atlantic

Relax with family or friends in this quiet house overlooking the Atlantic and a nice garden with barbecue. There are several types of double rooms, even with a balcony and a view of the Berlengas. It also has a kitchen, dining room, living room with billiards, possibly to be shared with me. The beach is a 5-minute drive away. Since the house has stairs, I can't host small children. The space The villa has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen that opens to the dining room. Both rooms have balconies overlooking the Atlantic, where you can admire the sunset. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a balcony and views of the Atlantic, a bedroom with two single beds and views of the Atlantic, a double bedroom overlooking the street, a small double bedroom with a small window and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor, there is a large lounge with snooker, TV area, board games area and work area. The large glazed doors of the hall give access to the terrace with table and chairs and the garden with barbecue. Guest access Guests can use any of the 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the front garden and the living room garden with the barbecue, table and chairs to have meals.
