The Telephone Exchange, Berkeley

Centrally located in the market town of Berkeley close to the Castle, shops and other amenities. A newly renovated building which originally housed the Berkeley telephone exchange, dated 1924. We have retained the original exchange sign which can be seen to the left of the front door. The renovations have included new central heating, kitchen, insulation and double glazing, including bi-fold doors . The property is on one level, and there is a short flat walk (0.1mi) to the town. Other things to note There is a single car park space on site with the village car park very close by should there be additional vehicles.
