Saoco aparthotel located in Punta Popi, Las Terrenas, is a modern building of 11 self-contained apartments. With a shared laundry room, pool, bbq, outdoor seating area, and a garden. The space One-bedroom apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach. Guests will have access to a pristine swimming pool, outdoor seating areas, bbq, and laundry facilities. In the apartment, you will find a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed in the living room (that sleeps 1), built-in storage, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with hot water, and space for dining and relaxing. Please note that the complex does NOT have a generator, so in the eventually of a power outage there will not be electricity in the building. The water pump is also connected to the electrical system.
