Located in the heart of town. Well-furnished interior, spacious rooms and a raised deck provides a welcoming place to relax. Hit the ski slopes at Snow Trails, visit the famed Ohio State Reformatory from ‘The Shawshank Redemption,’ or walk the trails at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary. The home is centrally located making it a very short distance for shopping and dinning etc. The space 1st and second floor is for 1-4 guests, 1/2 bath on 1st floor, twin size bed , full size bed & queen bed & double vanity bathroom on second floor , If you have a group of 5-6 guest access will be given to the 3rd floor queen size suite with it's own bathroom. ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON YOUR RESERVATION IS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES- NO EXCEPTIONS - YOU WILL BE CHARGED $75 PER PERSON PER DAY THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR RESERVATION OR YOU WILL FORFIT YOUR STAY. Guest access ONLY ONE VEHICLE IN THE GARAGE AT A TIME and up to 3 cars on parking pad outside, Extra long and X-Large pick up trucks will not fit in the garage ! Main drive way is shared with the home next door please do not block access. Free street parking is also . Other things to note Third floor access will only be available when 5-6 guests are staying. Access codes will be given on day of check in.
