Getaway in Gramado

The work, designed in wood, reinterprets architectural features of German/Italian immigration and the chalets of the hydrangea region. Its modern composition reinterprets the traditional ambiance of the place. Integrated with nature, the patio with the grill is a clearing, forming a “permanent camp”. It has two bedrooms, a mezzanine with a double bed and three bathrooms. Architect: Paulo Cesa Photographs: Marcelo Donadussi The space The ground floor has a large living room, consisting of an equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes and utensils), indoor barbecue and dining tables. The large living room has a hot/cold split, fireplace, a small wood-burning stove and a 42-inch smart TV. The large frames interact with a pleasant outdoor patio, located at the back of the residence, with a magnificent grill, to enjoy a beautiful roast around the fire. We have boards, grills and skewers. Also on the ground floor there is a social bathroom (with shower) and a large suite with a queen size bed and a crib. The suite is equipped with a hot/cold split. A hairdryer is available to guests. The upper floor consists of a mezzanine, where there is a trundle bed capable of accommodating two people, as well as a desk and a bathroom with shower. Also on the upper floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a hot/cold split. Body and face towels are provided, as well as bed linens. Other things to note The residence is located on a very quiet and safe street, which allows vehicles to be easily parked for free on the street itself. However, if the guest wishes, the vehicle can be placed in the front courtyard of the house.
