California Cottage

California Cottage is a semi-detached 19th century farm house, situated in the village of Kessingland between Lowestoft and Southwold, just off the A12. With off road parking and shared garden, its perfectly situated within a mile of a stunning beach, and a short drive to the southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The property offers bedrooms, a private shower room and toilet, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave only (no kitchen). The space A beautiful old farm house with stacks of character and a beautiful enclosed garden. The hosts live next door and have a friendly dog and two children. Please let us know if you dont like dogs so we can keep her from running up to you when you arrive. Guest access The cottage is separated from the hosts living space who live in the old barn which is attached next door. Guests have your own parking space (room for two cars) and entrance, but the garden space is shared. During your stay Please call if you need assistance with anything or if you need things like extra towels. There is usually someone on the barn (next door).
