Your private room features a comfortable queen-sized bed and secure key lock access. The shared bathroom is only shared with one other room, helping maintain a respectful and quiet environment. The space This is a large two-story house with fully separate levels. This room is located on the first floor, which includes five rooms in total. Two rooms share one bathroom (including yours), while the other three rooms each have their own private bathrooms. We maintain a stable, friendly, and mutually respectful household atmosphere. Guests share common areas, especially the kitchen, while keeping them orderly and clean. We welcome guests who are comfortable living in a shared home setting and understand that normal everyday living sounds may occur. If you value cleanliness, courtesy, and a peaceful environment, this space may be a great fit for you. Guest access As our guest, you’ll have full access to your private bedroom, the shared bathroom (shared with one other room), and all common areas of the house. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and backyard. You’ll also have access to the laundry facilities for longer stays. Parking is available for one car per booking. The house is accessible via a security lock for secure, easy entry. During your stay I don’t live on-site, but I’m local and reachable by message if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note •Parking: Parking is available for one car per booking. If you need to park two cars, please park the second vehicle on the street in front of the house or in a designated curbed area, but not in front of neighboring houses. •Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM. •Air Conditioning: The temperature is set to 75°F. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 72°F to avoid damaging the air conditioner. •Kitchen Use: The kitchen is a shared space. Please clean up after each use and return it to the condition you found it. Do not leave dishes, food, or personal items in the sink, and be mindful of other guests. •Shared Spaces: While your private room is yours to enjoy, common areas like the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared with other guests. •Security: For your safety, there are security cameras outside the property. The host does not live on-site, and common areas are shared with other guests.
