Casa Brumas is nestled on the mountainside in the Cartago Province between the towns of Cot and Tierra Blanca on the road leading to the volcano Irazu. It is part of a finca containing several properties, gardens, farm animals, extensive fruit trees, foliage and incredible views. Casa Brumas is connected to another property (Casa Brumas Apartment) but maintains its own privacy and unique fee. The space Casa Brumas is modern and spacious with floor to ceiling windows and an enormous terrace in order to relax and enjoy the views and passing clouds. There is NO television in the house. The house has a fully equipped amble sized kitchen with a large dining table being able to seat up to 14. The living area is connected to the dining with floor to ceiling windows making it easy to enjoy the view. It is possible to completely open the living room to the terrace. The terrace is large with various seating areas. There is one master bedroom with a king bed and connected bathroom with shower. There are two additional bedrooms that share a second bathroom. One bedroom has a built in bunkbed with a third twin bed trundle option. The third bedroom has a queen bed. *It is important to note that the "fireplace" does not function as a heating element. It is an aesthetic addition and is not guaranteed to function during your stay. Other things to note The house is on a shared property with neighbors and other rentals. You may encounter other guests on the property and we require a standard respect of neighbors and other guests with quiet hours from 10pm-6am. We appreciate your cooperation. There is a shared bbq on the property that requires carbon to use. If you desire to use the bbq you are responsible to provide your own carbon and tools for use and to clean after use.
