Welcome to our newest Airbnb! This adorable & super cozy home is located in the historic Dogtown neighborhood of STL. We provide all the essentials needed to make you feel at home during your stay! The kitchen is fully stocked & ready for use! There is a large back yard which is perfect for back yard games, children & pets! We’re located just 10 min from downtown, Wash U, SLU, the Fabulous Fox and just 5 min from Forest Park, the Zoo & Science Center! The space Whether it's one person or up to six people, this cozy bungalow is perfect for a family, business trip or traveling with friends. There is plenty of comfortable space, a 50” smart tv & the back yard is huge! We do allow pets with a one-time charge of $30 each. We ask guests to leave this on the counter upon checkout - this is NOT included in the Airbnb price. The Christmas tree will be up for your family to enjoy the holidays! The master bedroom has a single queen bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Lots of closet space, drawer space and a full basement with a washer & dryer. We also supply detergent and fabric softener for your convenience. The neighborhood is perfect for walking your pet and there are many amazing bars & restaurants close by. We also have other properties within 10 minutes of this one if you need additional space! All of our homes have been beautifully renovated with stylish decor. They are as follows: 1) English Tudor on Pernod (1st floor) - A 3 bedroom that sleeps up to 10 people Airbnb/h/englishtudor The three below are all together - the cottage and the Duplex share a driveway, and large Victorian is next door to them. These homes sit directly across from Tower Grove Park, which is a beautiful park that has a really cool Farmer's market every Saturday (not in the winter) and free yoga in the park. There are water fountains for the kids to play in along with a large playground, beautiful walking/running trails and covered areas to have picnics in! 2) Magnolia Cottage - Sleeps up to 10 people Airbnb/h/cottage-at-tower-grove 3) Kingshighway 1st floor - Sleeps up to 10 people Airbnb/h/1st-floor-historic-duplex-tower-grove 4) Historic 1878 Victorian Home - Sleeps up to 14 people 5) Cute Mid-Century Modern Bungalow - Sleeps up to six people Guest access There is a smart key entry for easy access. You will receive a code the morning of your arrival. You will also have full access to the home and back yard for your use. Other things to note - $30 pet fee / pet - leave on counter upon checkout (this fee is NOT included in the price of the Airbnb) - full access to the home - off street parking is behind the home off the alley. It has space for two vehicles. -easy access to major highways & lots of fun places to visit
