You'll be conveniently located near the Costco shopping center, Walmart, FredMeyer and Winco with over 14 restaurant dining options to pick from.(all within 1mile.) The space Our guest house delivers the perfect tiny house experience! Enjoy the cozy loft and comfortable bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, plug-in stove top, Keurig, and cooking essentials. There is a full washer and dryer. The open floor plan is inviting and cozy. There is a full bed in the loft which also has a personal closet, and additionally downstairs the couch folds out into another bed. Enjoy your own private bbq and fire-pit area right next to the TIny Home. Coscto is less than a mile away. The popular Meridian Village is only 7 miles away. Downtown Boise is a quick 13 miles and the airport is a 17 mile drive. Guest access Our guesthouse is located on the right side of the main home. You will have a seperate entrance from the side gate with your own parking spot in front. Enjoy the patio to yourself and the entire guesthouse. We live in the main house with 2 friendly dogs, however the backyard does have a short fence separating the two properties so they do not share your space.
