You enter a warm living room where a decorative 13th century fireplace stands, a witness to the past. Next to it, the authentic kitchen, with its period furniture, combines old charm and modern amenities. On the ground floor, you will also enjoy a relaxation room with a spa bath for two, perfect for relaxing, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms, each with their own decorative fireplace, await you for a peaceful rest. A spacious bathroom completes the floor with a 140x90 walk-in shower, a double sink, and integrated toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, located at 9 Place Saint-Pierre, in Précigné, in the heart of the village. Parking is free and easy on the square, just in front of the house. All essential shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) are within walking distance in minutes. Check-in is done independently with a lockbox, or in person, depending on availability. We remain available to assist you throughout the stay. Other things to note ✨ Balneotherapy Access • During the week: access to the private Balnéo is not included in the basic rate. It remains available as a paid option, upon request (35 euros per stay) • Weekends: access to the Balnéo is included in the nightly rate, for an even more relaxing stay.
