The Lily Pad on Benzie Blvd. is a super cute 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage that is just 1 block from Crystal Lake in downtown Beulah! Recently renovated and very comfy! Includes enclosed front and back porches for chatting, relaxing, and people watching. Features central air conditioning, washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, live streaming television, backyard deck, and backyard bonfire ring! Truly great location for individuals, couples, families, and small groups to explore northern Michigan! The space THE SPACE: The home has been recently renovated and is decorated in a lovely bright and beachy style throughout the house! Guest access GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire house, except for a owner space this is locked off for owner storage. The small detached garage is also not available for guest usage. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1) PETS: All pets are strictly prohibited. 2) BASEMENT: The stairs to the basement and somewhat steep and tricky. Might be difficult for elderly individuals and/or young children to access the basement. 3) GARAGE: The small detached garage next to the cottage is not available for guest usage. 4) HEATING AND COOLING: The cottage is insulated and has a natural gas forced air furnace to keep it warm in winter. It also has central air conditioning to keep it cool in the summer. 5) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct. 6) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not. 7) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.
