Welcome to our uniquely renovated mid-century modern home! You will enjoy a first-rate experience just minutes from Clemson's campus and the many amenities of a thriving university town. Our spacious "Brady Bunch" style home offers 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths as well as several spacious gathering areas within our open floor plan. The space Our home is located in the corner of a quiet, well-established neighborhood in the heart of Clemson. You will have access to the entire main floor, but the basement will be locked during your stay. Our rooms are spacious, each having a full bathroom of their own. Guest access You have access to our main floor - an open kitchen, sitting area, living room, dining room and 3 1/2 bathrooms. We keep our basement locked during your stay. Our master closet/laundry room is also inaccessible, but you will have space to hang your clothes. There is a carport that can accommodate two vehicles as well as plenty of extra parking space. Other things to note You will be enjoying a house that is multiple "levels" within one. There are two steps down into the living room and bedroom #3, 6 steps from the living room to the other bedrooms, and 4 steps from the main entrance area/kitchen to the bedrooms. It's certainly unique and guests always compare it to the "Brady Bunch" house when seeing it. It is a fun, unique Mid-century & multi-level design.
