Box or using a nearby delivery service ($15–$20/month) for all deliveries, including Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. ◾ Only food deliveries (e.g., Postmates, Uber Eats) are allowed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 🔹 SAFETY FIRST ◾ For your peace of mind, we have security cameras outside, covering the front porch, driveway, and backyard. ◾ These cameras are only reviewed if needed for security purposes — your privacy is always respected. ◾ Please do not tamper with or cover the cameras (doing so could result in early termination of your stay). 🔹 PET POLICY 🐾 ◾ Your furry companions are welcome with advance approval and a pet fee of $199 per pet, per night. ◾ A few quick requests: • Keep pets off furniture and beds. • Never leave pets unattended indoors unless safely crated. • Clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. • You are responsible for any noise, damage, or extra cleaning due to your pets. → Violations may lead to additional charges or eviction. Thanks for keeping it pawsitive! 🐶 🔹 FILMING, PHOTOS & EVENTS Planning a special event? ◾ Filming, photography, events, or gatherings (including weddings or birthday parties) require prior written approval and an event fee. ◾ Approval is subject to review and is not guaranteed. ◾ Guests are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and covering all related fees. 🔹 CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT ◾ We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance through Airbnb to protect your plans and payments. ◾ We do not allow trip shortening (trip extensions are welcome!). ◾ We do not accept date changes if the check-in date is within 14 days of arrival. ◾ We do not provide refunds for cancellations due to changes in plans, accidents, weather, illness, COVID, flight delays, or any other reasons.
