When you hire all of Lumeah, you’re getting exclusive access to the Homestead, two luxury cabins, and the stunning 450m stretch of Terania Creek—a secluded escape perfect for family gatherings, special celebrations, or simply reconnecting with nature in total privacy. With no shared spaces and complete exclusivity, it’s your own sanctuary to enjoy, uninterrupted. Lumeah comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, with 8 in the Homestead, 4 in each of the two cabins, and 2 in Lilly Pilly (shared facilities). Need extra space? There’s room for campers, expanding capacity to 24 people. Whether you're relaxing on the verandah, soaking in the five-person spa, floating in the pristine swimming holes, or sharing stories around the fire pit, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. The spacious Homestead kitchen is perfect for group meals, with fresh herbs from the garden to add that extra touch to your cooking. Other things to note Other Things to Note 🔹 Eco Property – Lumeah is off-grid, meaning water comes from rainwater tanks and we rely on responsible water use. Please use water mindfully and remember that tank water is not for drinking—bottled water is provided. 🔹 Septic System – Our toilets are on a septic system, so please only flush toilet paper, pee, and poo. 🚽 No wipes, sanitary products, or foreign objects—they will block the system! 🔹 Fire Pit Use – Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pit and must be fully extinguished before leaving them unattended. Firewood is BYO—please do not collect wood from the property. 🔹 Wildlife & Insects – Being in nature means you may see native wildlife like wallabies, goannas, and our resident platypus in the creek. 🦎 Insects are also part of the experience—keeping doors closed helps keep them outside where they belong! 🔹 GATHERINGS & MUSIC As sound tends to travel far in the country, we kindly ask that any amplified music(including speakers) be kept indoors at all times. We continue to welcome gatherings and special occasions; however parties are not permitted. This update helps us maintain a respectful relationship with our community while still allowing guests to have a great time. 🔹 Dog-Friendly Stay – Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept off furniture and on a leash when other guests are on the property. Please clean up after them. 🐾 🔹 Floating River Mat – Stored in the shed next to Lilly Pilly Cabin, this is a guest favourite for floating in the creek. Adult supervision is required as little ones can get trapped underneath. Roll it up in the water before storing—it’s much easier!
