A wonderful space for a large group gathering! With 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, a crib, and additional sleeping on 2 sofa's, everyone will have plenty of room. The amenities, like the theater room with a popcorn machine and the spacious living areas with 86" TVs, make it a perfect spot for entertainment. Plus, the beautiful deck with a pergola and fenced backyard with a grill and fire pit with additional seating adds a nice touch for outdoor relaxation. The space You will love the location and size of our newest home. Truly a great location to host your family all together in one location complete with 6 beds plus a crib and additional sleeping areas. We recently converted an office to a theater room where you can stream moves in stadium style seating for 6, or attach your gaming system and let the kids play all night long. Two living rooms both with 86" and 75" tvs. Four full bathrooms and one half bath including two bedrooms with on suites. Each bedroom contains King size bed and one has a Queen size. One bedroom is located on the main level for easy access for those in need with a large bathroom . Every bedroom comes with its on TV and closet space to hang up your clothes . There is also laundry room for your use. Parking is easy as there is a very large driveway and on street parking for up to six cars. Please do not park in front of the adjoining neighbors homes as to not disrupt . Do not park in the grass . Do not access the area behind the gates. Guest access You will be sent a door code the day before your arrival Other things to note Dogs are permitted but must be added to your reservation. There is a pet fee per dog. Your pets must be declared. We do not accept cats at this time. A picture of your dog myst be sent prior to arrival . WE DO NOT PERMIT PARTIES. A party is any large gathering that exceeds the occupancy level of the home. A party also may consist of a group under the occupancy that is found to be hosting an event that is disruptive to the area and or damaging to the home. We ask that if you have ay question about this policy that you ask us ahead of time. All guest must respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 11 PM and 8 am each day. NO outdoor activities may take place during those hours. Please Note Regarding Furniture and Amenities: While we strive to keep our homes consistent with the photos shown online, we do occasionally update or replace furniture and amenities as items wear out or become damaged. Because of this, certain items may differ slightly from what is pictured. If there is a specific amenity or piece of furniture that is important to you, please contact us directly to confirm its availability prior to your stay. Please note that we do not offer cancellations due to changes in furniture or amenities unless you notify us within 48 hours of booking that a specific item is essential to your stay.
