The space Spacious entry flooded with natural light and a full-size closet. Comfortable living area; TV with Roku and a "Click-Clack" sofa that converts into a king-sized bed. Relaxing bedroom with queen bed, room darkening shades and blackout curtains, TV with Roku, closet, dresser, portable fan, and nightstands with USB charging ports. Fully equipped kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials provided. Oil, salt, pepper, and a few seasonings also included. Keurig coffee maker with pods. A 5-cup drip coffee maker with ground coffee and filters. Different flavors/varieties of tea bags. Sugar free coffee syrup, sugar & powdered creamer provided. Cold water bottles for guests in fridge and 3 ice trays full of fresh ice provided in freezer. Well-appointed bathroom with tub and shower, hand, face (makeup removal), and bath towels, loofah sponges (new sponges are supplied for each booked guest), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer. Also included are some extra added essentials that you may have forgotten to pack! Convertible sofa in living room comes with extra bed linens provided. Pillows, pillowcases, sheets, mattress pad (for extra comfort) and blankets can be found in storage under chaise end of sofa. Please keep in mind - sleeper sofas are not the most luxurious and comfortable for sleeping on. It is an option if your party is more than 2 guests. 3 ADULT guests max for booking. PLEASE NO CHILDREN! This home is not equipped for children! Any guests over the amount of 2 guests must be indicated at time of booking! Please note that there is an additional $25 charge per night per guest beyond 2 guests. This requirement is in place due to insurance and liability policies governing the property. By submitting a booking request, the guest confirms that they meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification through Airbnb to verify age and identity. Failure to meet this requirement or provide verification upon request may result in reservation denial or cancellation in accordance with Airbnb policies. **Verification Requirement** Guests must complete Airbnb’s identity verification process prior to acceptance of any reservation. The property does not have childproof features such as outlet covers, stair gates, furniture/electronics securements, or other safety measures typically required for small children. This is not a reflection of our feelings toward children—we simply want to be transparent about the setup of the home so guests can make informed decisions. 🌦️ Outdoor Furniture & Cushions: Patio furniture and a hammock are available for your enjoyment during your stay. If cushions are placed outside and inclement weather (such as rain, strong winds, or storms) is expected, we kindly ask that you bring the cushions inside and place them on the ledge leading into the basement area. Please also close the umbrella and secure it with the ties during winds or storms.
