Memories of childhood, connecting with my ancestors in a time of emotional instability, and endless circumstances, made me embark on a risky, but pleasant, chaotic, but at the same time orderly dream in 1998. An adventure that led me to recover my grandparents' old farm and transform it into a small agro-tourism complex in Salem, Valencia. Its modest and simple architecture makes the houses and the Junior Suite studio an ideal space to enjoy summer nights under the large fig tree, which will serve as a pantry for when you want to eat some of its delicious and sweet figs, under the olive trees or the carob tree of the common garden. In winter, at dusk, it's a good time to light the stove, lower the blinds and enjoy the intimacy and hypnosis provided by the beauty of the fire.
