Brand new 3BR/2 bathroom apartment just in a few steps from Subway station. The Greenpoint House is a recently renovated house in Greenpoint area, Brooklyn. This prime location is in a cozy neighborhood with an incredible array of food, drink and shopping options. The house is centrally located, allowing members quick access to the best neighborhoods in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Other things to note The well-being of our guests is our top priority, and we're committed to providing a safe environment for members at all Outpost houses. To ensure this, we require each guest to complete a few steps prior to arrival. Your booking will not be complete until all steps below are completed: 1. We will request your phone and email address. Some houses have remote lock system which require this info. We also require your email to create an account for you on our maintenance portal 2. We will request a photo of the ID of each person that moves into the apartment/room. This will be requested during booking and again at check-in. 3. We will request a Transunion background/credit checks for urgent move-ins, instant bookings, and move-ins for 30 days or more. The background/credit check will not impact your score, and is free for you. 4. The landlord requires a lease signed by all guests who make a long-term booking(for 30 days or more). Please be aware that we may be requiring you to sign a lease as part of the booking process. Additionally, please note: 1. Outpost Club does not accept bookings made by one person for another (third-party bookings). If you want to book an Outpost Club property, you must use your own Airbnb account. Outpost Club requires the person booking to present the exact identification attached to the Airbnb account during the move-in. For group bookings, the person booking must be part of the group moving in. 2. All photos in the listing are examples of the unit you will be staying in as we have many units in each location. Please note that the units you book may vary slightly in furniture, look, and spacial arrangement. Please understand photos can make space look larger than they appear in the photo 3. We may have security cameras in place in common areas, public hallways and basements. 4. Early check in may be available, but can not be guaranteed (due to other bookings' departures, availability of staff, etc.) If available there will be an early check in fee of $40, and the earliest possible time would be 12PM (again subject to other factors). 5. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $30 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am (the following day after your booking commences), however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee. 6. This text is listed here so that you are made aware of these terms in advance of your booking. By booking, you are agreeing to the terms written in this listing. HOUSE RULES 1) Stay overnight is for the person who booked only. No unauthorized guests can stay overnight. The price is per person. 2) You must wash your dishes/kitchen appliances every time after using them with food or drinks, and you must clean the sink of any food that remains every time after use. 3) You must properly place waste products in the proper bins, there are three separate containers for recycling (plastic, metal, and glass) paper products, and all other trash. 4) Turn off lights/electronics in the main areas when not in use. 5) Check and turn off the oven and gas when not in use. 6) Fridge and Food shelves are divided between guests – please use your designated area, otherwise, if you leave the food outside your area – it can be removed during cleaning. 7) Alcohol – being a health-oriented Club, we recommend minimizing alcohol consumption in Outpost Club. 8) Don’t leave your personal items in the common areas. 9) Quiet hours – 10 pm – 8 am (no loud music, talks, TV… etc.) 10) Smoking cigarettes, weed, or other substances are strictly prohibited anywhere inside any Outpost Club property. 11) You must clean the bathroom/toilet after each use and remove any dirt/hair etc. 12) Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $40 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee. -Due to the fact that we only allow long-term stays, a background check is required for all tenants by the landlord.  If you have any questions or would like a preliminary screening, please do not hesitate to contact us. Refusal to do so will mean forfeiting your reservation.
