It offers 3 bedrooms with A/C: the master with a king bed, and two others each with a full bed plus a bunk bed. The property features 2 full bathrooms with hot water. Outside, relax in the large outdoor space with a BBQ grill and fire pit—perfect for gatherings under the stars. Guest access As part of the check-in process, identification will be required from all guests staying at the property before entry. Other things to note Located in the heart of the Ruta de las Flores, the home is just a short drive from Juayúa, Ataco, and Apaneca—charming towns known for their local tours, canopy adventures, and hot springs. If you'd like to use the fire pit, please coordinate the time with the property manager so everything can be prepared in advance. The rate covers up to 6 guests; an extra charge of $15.00 applies per additional guest. Pet Rules -A refundable pet deposit of $50 is required. It must be paid before check-in and will be returned at check-out once it is confirmed that everything is in order. -Owners must pick up their pets’ waste and dispose of it in the trash bins. -Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture, or cushions. Please bring your pet’s own bed. -Owners are responsible for any damage caused. In case of stains or urine on furniture or bedding, the corresponding cleaning or replacement fee will be charged. There's parking space for up to 8 vehicles.
