Enjoy spectacular water views and ample space for relaxation. Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials like oil, spices, utensils, pots, and pans. Appliances include a microwave, fridge/freezer, and oven, making it easy to prepare meals. Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as essential cleaning supplies to make your stay more convenient. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except for the locked garage and a few cabinets in the laundry room. (Storage for supplies) Other things to note -- HOUSE RULES -- NO Smoking, NO Parties, NO Pets: -- Parties, loud music, and disruptive noise are strictly prohibited. This is a space meant to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that surrounds us. This property is strictly non-smoking. Pets are NOT permitted. Any violations of these rules will result in penalties and additional charges. AGE Requirement: -- For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for young children due to its proximity to a bluff. We maintain a minimum age requirement of 12 years old for all guests. QUIET Hours: -- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood during these hours. OUTSIDE VISITORS -- Those who are not part of the reservation ARE NOT allowed unless approved in advance. This ensures the safety, privacy, and serenity of the property.
