Rental of an 18th century 4-star gîte (Côte d'Or Tourisme) located in the heart of the Ignon Valley (Burgundy, Côte d'Or), in the charming small village of Lamargelle (between Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye and Is-sur-Tille), in a region rich in historical monuments. Our charming house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends, in the charm of the old and modern comfort. Calm and serenity are the key words of our haven. The space On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance that serves a large dining room with open fireplace, a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and an insert, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, teapot, toaster, plancha, etc.), a bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, 1 sink cabinet, washing machine and dryer), a separate toilet and 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and changing table). The floor offers a large mezzanine that serves 4 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 cot, 3 beds 90, 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90) and a shower room (shower, vanity unit and toilet). In each room you'll find blankets to add to the duvet if the nights are too cool. Board games and books are available. Children are not forgotten, there are many toys and a small library area upstairs. For small children, you also have a baby bed, a changing table, high chairs, a baby bath, etc... do not hesitate to ask for more specific equipment, we probably did not mention all the useful items! The village is at the heart of your visits, cultural, sports or gastronomic, and is the start of many hikes, the nicest being that of the Saint Claude rocks!
