This is the most desirable neighborhood as it’s centrally located and only 1 mile to Washington DC, 1 mile to shopping center and I95, 2 miles to Metro Station, 3 miles to Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, 4 miles to MGM Casino Nationalg Harbor and water front, 6 miles to US Capital Grounds, 7 miles to Union Station, National Mall, Old town Alexandria Harbor and Andrews Air Force Base, 10 miles to Crystal City and Ronald Reagan Airport in Arlington Virginia, 11 miles to INNOVA Alexandria hospital and Medstar WashingtonDC. I have ample free parking on the street outside my home and the bus stop is only few minute walk. The bus goes to nearby metro station which is only 2 miles from this home. Uber and Lyft are available 24 hours. There is excellent public transportation for guest without cars who are visiting for internship in Washington DC. Guest access Guest can access their assigned room, stairs, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and front yard. Basement is off limits for guest. During your stay I host remotely but I have a dedicated Cohost who assist guests and looks after the upkeep and maintenance of home. Other things to note $20 per night second guest and one has to add their guest on the booking. Sorry not suitable for loud and noisy and guests that dont follow house rules.
