Enjoy the privacy and comfort of this spacious duplex home, perfect for a memorable stay. The owner (host) lives on one side of the duplex, while you have complete privacy on the other. This is a 2 bedrooms apartment with both queen size bed in the lower level. You’ll only share the laundry area and driveway—no other spaces overlap. You might hear noises from the other side sometimes. The space This is a three-level house. I occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors, while you will have the 1st floor and the lower level all to yourself. The 1st floor includes a living room with a 60-inch TV and a projector, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. The lower level features 2 Queen- bedrooms: one larger room with a Queen bed and TV, and 1 smaller room with a Queen with TV." Guest access The other side of the duplex is all yours. There is extra fees for extra guests (more than 2) Other things to note - Our rate is for 1 guest. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $40 per night. We can accommodate up to 5 guests.Main guest will be charged $100/night for any unapproved guest that stays on the property. -This house is 100% smoke-free. You will be charged if you smoke anywhere on the property. - Please clean up any mess before check-out, or you will be charged a cleaning fee. -No visitors allowed between 10pm to 6am.
