A cousy house in a condominium in front of a very clean and beautiful beach. Swimming pool and ocean view in a very green environment. 1 garage, 2 in-suites, 1 extra little room with elevated bed, TV room with a double sofa, an equiped kitchen with a balcony for 2, an extra bathroom , deck with table, hammock, bench, service area The space I always leave the house clean and tide. I leave instructions about what to do around, about the house and it´s facilities. There are only 8 houses in the condominium, always frequented by friendly and helpful people. With a bit of luck you can see birds, parrots, toucan and squirrel. Guest access every room in the house and every common area like swimming pool, benches, outside shower and garage area.
