Apartment 1803 is a spacious and comfortable apartment located in front of the sea in Bocagrande. In Bocagrande you can have quick and easy access to the beaches, historic downtown, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and all kinds of commerce. Apartment 1803 is located in the Palmetto building, facing the beach, and offers amenities such as a swimming pool for adults and children, a restaurant, a gym, and a Turkish bath. The space This beautiful apartment accommodates a maximum of six people. It's located in front of the ocean with a majestic view from the balcony and rooms. You'll love it!!! Apartment layout: The dining room has a dining room for 4 people and 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter. It has 1 sofa bed in the living room. This area features brand new cable TV and air conditioning. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Suitable and ready for food preparation. The laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, clothes hanger, and a double garbage bin. Bedroom area (2 bedrooms): each of the bedrooms has air conditioning, a closet with clothes hooks, a safe, cable TV, sheets, blankets, and a bedspread. Bedroom # 1: features 1 queen-size bed and a single sofa bed. Bedroom # 2: It has 1 full bed and 1 single sofa bed. Each room has a private bathroom equipped with body, face, and pool/beach towels, as well as a hairdryer. Finally, the balcony area with a comfortable room to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and our beautiful city with family and friends. We work continuously to provide you with the best experience. Guest access The Palmetto building features several amenities: 24-hour surveillance Panoramic lobby Wi-Fi in the building's common areas A mini market Swimming pools for children and adults Cafeteria/Restaurant in the pool area Turkish bath Gym Three-level parking lot with the right to one covered parking space. The pools are open every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Tuesdays when the pools are closed for maintenance in the morning and open from 12 noon onwards. Other things to note The apartment is directly handed over by the owner, Yolanda Ramirez, who will always be available for any request or need that might arise with the best customer-care attitude so that all guests feel comfortable and at ease in the apartment. It is very important to take into account the requirements that must be presented at the time of registration and/or check-in in the Palmetto building for guests and visitors in the city of Cartagena, to comply with the control entities that govern tourist establishments in Cartagena: 1. If you are a foreigner, you must show your valid passport at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building. 2. If you are a foreigner of Venezuelan nationality, you must present your valid Passport and/or your valid Stay Permit at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building. 3. If you are of Colombian nationality, you must present your Citizenship Card if you are of legal age or your Identity Card and/or Civil Registry if you are a minor, at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building. 4. Minors must register at check-in with their parents, otherwise the adult in charge of the minor must bring a permit authenticated by the minor's parents authorizing the person accompanying the minor to register at check-in in the Palmetto building to the minor, as a preventive measure for the protection of children. 5. The Palmetto building at the time of registration and/or check-in charges $50,000 for the bracelet that you must wear throughout your stay to control the entry of guests to the Palmetto building, the bracelet gives you the right to make use of the common areas of the Palmetto building, this value of $50,000 for the registration is already included in the Cleaning item, you do not have to pay an additional charge when you arrive at the Palmetto building, this value is already included in the USD 40 of the Cleaning item. Visitors to the apartments can enter from 8 am to 9 pm. They can only be in the apartments but cannot use the building's common areas. Up to 4 visitors are accepted at a time in the apartment. Visitors must register in the Palmetto building and present their current documentation: If you are a foreigner, you must present your valid Passport and/or Stay Permit. If you are Colombian, you must present your citizenship card if you are of legal age. If you are a minor, you must present your identity card and/or civil birth certificate.
