Bastide d'Astres Clara Room + truffle experience

In the Bastide d’Astres, an exceptional Aix building in the heart of Provence, come and discover the Clara room. You can stroll in the 260-hectare park, watch the sunset by the pond, enjoy the many terraces of the property. Continental breakfasts are included. The space The Bastide d’Astres is property of 640-acre located at the heart of Europe’s most touristic regions, PROVENCE. This typical Provencal country house from the 18th century is surrounded by 15-acre grounds and offers an exceptional setting for weddings, seminars and lodging alias bed and breakfast. Our rooms include private bathroom ant toilet and air conditioning. However, the free internet access is available in the whole house except Clara's room as the Bastide is quiet big and this room is on the other side of the house. We are located at 20 min from Aix en Provence, 20 min from Salon de Provence, 20 min from Marseille Airport and 45 min from the sea. In nice weather, you can enjoy lunches and breakfasts served in terrace overlooking the swimming pool (400 m2), accompanied by the song of crickets: the life in Provence! Within the Bastide d’Astres we grow the black truffle of the Périgord, the Tuber Melanosporum truffle. During your stay with us you can book a private visit of the truffle fields accompanied by our faithful dogs Olaf and Sophie. You will look for the truffles in plots facing the Ventoux, the Alpilles and the Sainte Victoire, and will end your getaway with a tasting of our truffled butter.
