Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the home is a short walk to a local park, with eateries and grocery stores just down the street for easy meals and essentials. We also have a friendly 18-lb Yorkipoo named Bella. She may bark at first because she’s shy with new people, but she warms up quickly and does not bite. The space Welcome! I take great care to ensure a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The private bedroom and bathroom are thoroughly sanitized after every guest. You will not be sharing these spaces with anyone. No private entrance. Enter from the front door. The room features a very comfortable queen-size memory foam mattress, room-darkening curtains, and a TV with Roku and Netflix for your entertainment. Extra towels and blankets are provided in the closet. There is also a desk with a laptop stand, and an Ethernet cable is available if you need a wired internet connection. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, as well as the dining area and back patio. A washer and dryer are available if needed (one load per stay, please). Coffee and tea are provided with a Keurig machine. As a small welcome gift, I leave bottled water, candy, and a snack in your room for you to enjoy. Please only consume the food and drinks you personally bring. Kindly ask before using any items from the refrigerator or pantry that belong to me. To help keep linens in great condition, please do not use the white towels for makeup removal — I provide a designated makeup towel and face wipes for your convenience. Pet Policy: One small dog under 20 lbs is welcome. Dogs are not allowed on the bed, but a dog bed can be provided upon request. Pets must be well-trained and potty trained. A 30x13 inch kennel is also available if needed. Service dogs of any size are always welcome. During your stay If I am home, you’re welcome to come to me directly, or you may message me through Airbnb—whichever you’re most comfortable with. I enjoy chatting with guests, but only if you feel comfortable doing so. Other things to note San Tan Valley and Queen Creek offer plenty of fun nearby! Take an olive oil–making class at the Olive Mill, enjoy movies and games at FatCats, catch live music at San Tan Flats, explore activities at Pecan Lake Entertainment, or visit family-friendly Schnepf Farms. Outdoor lovers will enjoy hiking at San Tan Mountain Regional Park. All are just 15–25 minutes away. We warmly welcome you into our home and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay!
