Sleeps 26 guests in beds/pullouts The space The master bedroom and ensuite are located on the main floor, conveniently adjacent to the main living room, the entertainer's kitchen, and a private office. A laundry room connects the kitchen to the 2-bedroom lock-off suite, providing guests a quieter, self-contained space. This separate area includes its own kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer, perfect for added privacy for some guests during your stay. Downstairs, guests will discover four of the seven bedrooms and three bathrooms thoughtfully arranged around a spacious game room. This vibrant entertainment hub is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a pool table, a cozy sectional, a hot tub, a charming children's nook, arcade games, a minibar, and a versatile game table. Please note: Guests who book agree not to engage in any illegal activity on the premises or allow others to do so. Excessive garbage removal fee $125 - $200 (Garbage overflowing/left outside of provided cans) Additional event fees apply for groups gathered at the home larger than 26 people/people gathered or visiting you in the home that aren't included in your booking reservation. Event/additional guests not included in a booking must be approved, and fees must be paid before check-in to avoid an unapproved event fee of $3,000 for having an event without approval from the host. Only family-friendly/small events are likely to be approved. There is one garage space available for guests to use. A garage door clicker is provided; guests will be charged $95 for a replacement if not returned. Please use provided parking spaces or the driveway in an effort to avoid parking guest vehicles on the street. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, weed, hookah, etc., are prohibited anywhere in or on the property. Any violation will result in a $1,500 fine AND the cost to remedy the smoke damage. This is a pet-free listing. If a pet is found in or on the property, there will be a minimum $1,500 fine.
