Cozy room in the historic village hotel

For a stopover on the vacation route, a night between two business trips or a weekend in the Cher or Nièvre, we welcome you to the Lion d'Or, the village's old historic hotel. You are close to all amenities and 7 minutes from the SNCF train station. The accommodation is located in Nérondes, 30 minutes from Bourges and Nevers and 40 minutes from Sancerre. The space The room is 16 m2 and sleeps 2 people. It is located on the first floor of the residence. It consists of: - an area with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, a TV, a desk area with WIFI - a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Toiletries and a hairdryer are available - a closet with hanging space and storage In addition, all linens are provided (sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover, duvet, towels, bath mats...) and the bed is made: you just have to put down your bags and enjoy! A shared and air-conditioned space is freely accessible. The latter is served by fiber which is ideal for teleworking. Guest access Autonomous access with a digicode will allow you to arrive even late. Parking is free and a parking lot is directly in front of the residence. For motorcycles, secure parking is possible. During your stay We are available via Airbnb and by phone if you have any questions. Other things to note The cleaning fee charged to you covers the standard cleaning of the room as well as the washing of sheets and linen. However, the room must be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness. Failure to comply with these instructions would result in the invoicing of an additional sum to cover the necessary extra service.
