Sunny Chalet on Little Sebago with hot tub

Experience the perfect lakeside getaway in this charming 4-bedroom chalet on Little Sebago Lake in Windham, Me. Accommodating up to 7 guests, the spacious retreat features a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a large deck area with a hot tub and stunning lake views. Enjoy direct lake access and a private sandy beach for swimming, boating, and fishing. With a private dock, fire pit, and ample outdoor space, this chalet offers both relaxation and adventure for your whole group. The space 4 bedroom 1 bathroom chalet is on Little Sebago Lake. The only bathroom is on the first floor. It is a shower, no tub on site. Bedroom 1 is on the small side. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin mattresses Bedroom 3 is off of bedroom 2 and has no door Bedroom 4 is in the loft. It has no door and no shades. Driveway fits 3-4 cars or 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. please ask if you plan to bring more cars! Private dock is available during your stay! You can launch at the Little Sebago Public launch and drive it over to the house. Small water craft under 28' are best. No More than 24" draft. Bring lines, bring fenders, bring life jackets. Boat at your own risk. Sandy beach area with chairs and fire pit. water is a bit weedy at this point in the season. Bring S'Mores supplies! No washer/dryer at this house. The laundromat is 5 mins away. Propane BBQ grill on site. Open valve to light the grill. Hot Tub on site. Use hot tub at your own risk. please follow instructions found in the house binder (on site) Guest access You will have access to the whole house, beach, dock and driveway. Shed and owners closet will be locked. Other things to note Sound travels on the lake. Party music and conversations can be heard across the water. Please respect the neighbors after dark. fire wood is not included. Whatever is on-site is fair game! The tap water is safe to drink. Heat pump will provide A/c in the summer and Propane heating in the winter (we don't use the wood stove). Cleaning Fee: Our cleaning fee is made up of several parts, labor and materials for general housekeeping but also off-site laundry, weekly hot tub and lawn service. When you arrive, your cleaning fee covers freshly mowed Grass (they do not rake the beach) and sparkling clean hot tub water.
