Stroll the 150’ boardwalk and enjoy the water views leading to a 200’ pier and 20’ x 20’ dock with boat slip for the avid boater. You will see nature all around you. Fish, crab or just relax off the dock while enjoying the spectacular views and most amazing sunsets! The space Our waterfront bayfront home is surrounded by marsh and bay and spectacular and magnificent water views in a rural and quiet setting. Our home boasts 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Each bedroom has a balcony to read enjoy a cup of coffee or take in the breathtaking views!! The 150’ boardwalk leading to a 200’ pier and 20x20’ dock and boat slip are a haven for crabbing, fishing and birdwatching just to name a few of favorite activities. Bring your boat! There’s a boat ship also! It’s like living at a private aquatic aquarium. The sea life is incredible with common sightings of crabs, fish, stingray and turtles among many other fascinating creatures. There are wide array of herons, osprey, cranes, eagles and the hoot of an owl in the nearby woods is commonplace! Every day the magic grows! Come check out the possibilities of exploring the bay life at a truly exquisite adventurous get away! Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire bayfront home with views from all directions within our home. The 150 foot boardwalk and 200 foot pier leading to a 20x20 foot deck are the end of the pier to enjoy fishing, crabbing or relaxing! Other things to note The area at times can be susceptible to flying insects. Please remember to bring your favorite bug spray. Please also practice water safety as our home is surrounded by water to the front and back of our home! ****Please bring a personal hotspot for streaming services. Internet is not readily available in our rural area as of yet. The smart tv does have several channels such as ABC, CBS and the weather channel to name a few. The nearest grocery store is 25 minutes away and the Dollar General is a 10 to 12 minute drive. There is plenty of parking in designated areas on the property. There is a $250 non- refundable pet fee if owner approved to bring your pet in our no pet policy home.
