Air Conditioning & Comfort Note The building has central air conditioning, but as this is an older residential complex, the system is not always reliable, and repairs by the building management may take time. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that central air conditioning will be consistently functional throughout your stay. To improve guest comfort, I’ve provided the following additional cooling/heating solutions: 1-Bedroom Apartment: Equipped with a split-system air conditioner (independent of the central system). Pool hours: 6:00 to 22:00. I hope these setups help make your stay more comfortable.
