Rose Cottage provides a modern twist with with great meeting space for families and friends alike to enjoy time together whatever the season . During the summer season the by folding doors bring the outside in and make for easy living. Guests can enjoy the sunken, Hot Tub with a glass of bubbly. As we welcome the autumn, guests can enjoy the warmth of the wood burner in the spacious sitting room. The space The property provides a large open kitchen with bifold doors to the outside space. During the summer months this has the benefit of bringing the outside in and the inside out. The large sitting room provides a wood burner for the autumn and winter months along with additional dining space for your cozy Sunday lunches by the fire. 🔥 The property provides three bedrooms, two of which with ensuite a separate bathroom with freestanding bath. Outside the property has the benefit of a hot tub, large outside space where Guest can enjoy the views over the countryside. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the whole space . The top of the garden provides amazing views and the sunken hot tub provides a private hideaway . Other things to note The cottage comes with two fury friends who are my cats Daphne and Teddy . these cats are quite happy outside and are no trouble . I just ask guests to feed them . Please note if you have any cat allergies the property would not be suitable . The property is set central to Village with a well known gastro pub , The Butchers Arms on your doorstep . Surrounded by a network of walking hiking trails from your doorstep. Some of which form part of the Cotswold Way .
