You will be within walking distance to town and local attractions such as the foreshore, the Sunday platform markets/bus station and the iconic Sydney Memorial. This secure space is semi-attached to a family home, separated by a double brick wall and entrance hall of the rear home. The space Originally built in 1920 this classic space boasts jarrah floorboards throughout, high ceilings and stunning lead light window features. There is one spacious bedroom with a king bed, one newly renovated ensuite bathroom and a separate large living room containing a double bunk for children or extra guests. The living room contains a smart TV and a collection of books and board games. The kitchenette contains a fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle, as well as crockery & cutlery. Guest access You will have use of the entire guesthouse and front verandah. Parking is available in the driveway and verge and key access is via a code for the lockbox on the front verandah. Other things to note This space is attached to a lived in family home. While we do aim to ensure that this space is peaceful and quiet, please be aware that there may be some noise from time to time.
