Our lakefront property features a sustainable off-grid water system, an outdoor shower experience, heating & air-conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Inside, you'll find a spacious area complete with a kitchenette that includes a freezer/fridge, toaster, microwave, cold/hot Primo water filter, and a Keurig coffee maker stocked with tea and K-cups. Unwind in the oversized corner chaise chair, perfect for reading a book or taking a nap, or take advantage of the WiFi-enabled workspace with large, flat-screen smart TV for any remote work needs. Step out onto your very own private sand beach, fully equipped with modern Adirondack beach chairs and with sand & water toys, perfect for family fun or a peaceful day by the water. The outdoor area offers multiple spaces to relax or mingle, including a cozy front porch with rocking chairs, a separate hammock area and an extra-large firepit area adorned with string lighting and unique Viking chair seating. However, we will only be accepting booking requests from: - AirBnB users who are "verified" and already have positive reviews from other hosts. -Renters 25+ years of age. -No pets allowed. - Maximum of 8 guests allowed. -NO SMOKING allowed inside or around the property. If there is any evidence smoking occurred inside or within 50 feet of the property (smoke smell, ashes, paraphernalia, etc) there will be an additional $500 cleaning charge. **NOTE : if you are traveling with infants/babies, this property is not baby-proofed. Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets are not locked, etc. You assume responsibilities for all guests. Guest access 2+ acres of open land. Small shed on side of driveway and small shed behind loft are off limits to all guests and will be locked for duration of your stay. We do have an enhanced clean after every stay. Every once in a while you may see a bug, critter. etc. Our 2+ acres is not fenced in and occasionally might also see a friendly neighbor.
