The space Home with 2 bedrooms, each room has its own ceiling ventilation, master bedroom with 2 single beds, private bathroom and 43" TV, and second bedroom with double bed, 50" TV; it also has a TV room with a 65" screen and a sofa bed for a fifth person. Covered parking for 2 cars. If you have more cars, you can park a third one in front of the property. We also have a sandbox inside the garden for children to enjoy. The subdivision is private and very quiet with amenities such as a pool, billiards, small gym, showers and children's games. Guest access Guest access is private by means of a key, which is located outside the house in a small box with a password, which we send to the guest on the day of their check-in. Other things to note This accommodation is surrounded by everything you need, outside the fractionation there is a plaza with supermarket, butcher, stationery, laundry, food places, OXXO and in case that was not enough, a Walmart 1.5 kilometers away IMPORTANT! To use the pool on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), you must make a reservation and check availability for the desired time slots. - Closed on Mondays for maintenance and to add chemicals to ensure water quality.
