The space Perfect for large families or groups, Casa Paloma offers multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas and a variety of cozy, stylish living spaces. The expansive entertainment area includes a large flat-screen TV, wet bar with wine fridge, three lounging areas, and a game room — ideal for movie nights or spending quality time together. Step outside to a spacious pool nestled under a canopy of trees, offering a private oasis perfect for cooling off or lounging in comfort. The designer kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal at home. Working remotely? Enjoy a office space with fast, reliable Wi-Fi for staying productive during your stay. Guest access Parking A circular driveway provides safe and convenient parking for up to 6 vehicles. Accessibility Notice Please note that the home is accessible only by stairs. There are multiple levels and staircases throughout the property. Unfortunately, the home is not handicap accessible and may not be suitable for individuals who cannot climb stairs. Other things to note Pool Heating Pool heating is available by request only. To ensure the pool is properly heated before your arrival, please request heating at least 24 hours prior to check-in. A prepaid fee of $120 per day applies, with a 2-day minimum. Security Cameras For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are installed around the property. These cameras do not record audio, and footage is only reviewed in the event of a suspected violation of house rules or illegal activity. Pool & Landscaping Maintenance The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday. The technician has authorized access to the yard and may enter without prior notice to perform routine maintenance. Landscaping service is scheduled for Fridays or Saturdays, and landscapers may also access the yard without notice. Pool and landscaping service is mandatory and may not be declined. In rare cases, emergency maintenance may be required; if so, we will notify you as soon as possible. Towels We provide one bath towel and one face towel per guest for your stay. If you would like additional towels, please let us know in advance — extra towels can be provided for an additional laundry fee. Our property is surrounded by beautiful trees, and while they provide shade and a relaxing atmosphere, they also mean that a few leaves or small bits of tree debris may occasionally fall into the pool. Please note that the pool is thoroughly cleaned and maintained before each guest’s stay, but we cannot fully control when leaves may drop.
