The space the maisonette consists of 2 levels: Air-conditioned ground floor with an equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer), a separate toilet, a bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 cm and an adjoining bathroom. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed of 140 cm, a 2nd with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm, a 3rd with a double bed of 140 cm and a mezzanine bed of 90 cm), a 2nd independent toilet and 1 bathroom the living room overlooks a large terrace with plancha that continues onto a small garden (installation of synthetic turf in 2024). Guest access Access is via a gate with code, and that of the house with me on the day or via a key box with code. An SMS will be sent 48 hours before your arrival. Arrivals are only possible on Saturdays for a period of 1 week. Other things to note On the day of the handover of the keys, a deposit of €400 is requested by check.
