It's the perfect starting point for exploring the Querétaro semi-desert: we're just 3 minutes from the Flor de Alfalfa cheese factory, at the gateway to the vineyard route, and only 15-20 minutes from the Pueblo Mágico of Peña de Bernal. Ideal for disconnecting, walking with your pet and watching beautiful sunsets while sitting on the terrace. The space The house has a large room (living and dining room) and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and electric oven. It offers two full bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms: two of them with a king-size bed and a third with two single beds. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace, perfect for having your morning coffee or opening a bottle of local wine. Guest access The house is located within a large private country property. You will have exclusive and independent access to the entire house, its outdoor terrace and the parking area on the premises. As it is a large property, it is important to consider that within the same space, but at a comfortable distance from the house, there is a henhouse with laying hens and the home of the family in charge of taking care of the place. They will be ready to warmly welcome you and give you the keys. Other things to note Community and tranquility: We are located in a very peaceful area, and for us it is essential to preserve that peace. For this reason, parties, gatherings, loud music, or guests who are not listed on the reservation are not allowed. We really appreciate your support in maintaining this relaxing environment! If you travel with pets: We love hosting your four-legged friends! We only ask that you consider that one or two family dogs live freely within the property, so please take this into account when it comes to living with your pet.
