Perched up on a hill, our White House has breathtaking views of Kootenay Lake and is minutes to Nelson, BC. Enjoy our newly built family home that has both a sleek open design and high-end fixtures. Our place is perfect for families as it is roomy, has A/C and a large TV for entertainment. The White House is your Central hub for Kootenay adventure at its finest. The space Enter through a key-coded front door to the main floor, which features an open-concept kitchen and living room, a half bathroom, a mudroom/laundry room, and a front covered deck. The second floor offers three bedrooms: a king bedroom, a room with a twin and queen bed, and another queen bedroom. This floor also includes a TV room, a piano, and a full bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Outside, you'll find ample parking, a back patio shaded by a large Beech tree, and a spacious front yard. Guest access You'll have access to the entire main house, encompassing both upper floors.
