Buses and large high-ceiling vans may not fit in the garage. Guests must carefully drive down a steep driveway from the highway to reach the townhouse. *BBQ Grilling* A shared open space in the townhouse compound overlooking the road can be used for BBQ grilling. Other things to note Please take note of the following information: Our published base rate is for 12 guests. An additional fee of P550 per person per night will be charged for exceeding 12 guests. Please note that our maximum capacity is only 16 guests. Toiletries Essentials You are advised to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, soap, bath towels, and slippers as these will not be provided in the unit. Pet Policy Pets are strictly not allowed in our unit. Other Free Amenities All beds will be supplied with fresh pillows, bed sheets, and blankets. Electric fans are available in all bedrooms. Additionally, complimentary kitchen paper towels, toilet paper, and a 5-gallon mineral water will be provided. Nearest Supermarket The nearest Puregold Jr. Supermarket is approximately 1.2 km away, which takes about 3 minutes to reach from our place. It is situated along Marcos Highway before you reach our unit from Manila.
