Room near airport & Keeneland

Room for 2. Quiet safe area. 2.9/4.2/5 miles away from airport, Keeneland, and UKY. Walking to Walmart and restaurants. If you have 3 persons, another room for a single person can be booked separately. Contact me before ordering. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 slice bread toaster, and a small baking oven. I have some dishes, cups, bowls for guests. No use of stove and dishwasher please. No smoking inside or at front door. Please use the deck for smoking. Shared bathroom. The space The bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet Guest access Living room, dining room, kitchen, and exterior including a deck outside the kitchen. If you want to smoke, you may sit and relax in the deck, smoking is not allowed inside house. Washer and dryer can be used for guest with 3 days or more stay During your stay I am living in the master bedroom with a separate bathroom inside. I may be frequently in travel, but I will be happy to talk/chat with guests when I am at home if guests want. I play chess and am a chess tutor for kids, so would be happy to play chess with guests. Other things to note Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking. Best place for smoking is the deck. Please no smoking in front of front door, to protect your privacy, also to avoid disturbance to my neighbors.
