In the heart of the sleepy village of Great Glemham, surrounded by beautiful countryside, is a modern house offering generous accommodation for up to 3 people. It is newly built, situated in the garden of Crown House, in front of a huge Walnut tree. Spacious, light and airy accommodation over 2 floors with a balcony protruding into the canopy of the great tree. The design is open plan, ideally for couples and is dog friendly. Over all the space is more than 70 square metres or 750 square feet! The space Located in the garden of Crown House, also listed on Airbnb, The Lodge is extremely light and spacious. You enter by a set of smart, black aluminium, french windows which open onto the open plan, 40 square metres of living/dining/kitchen area. There is a smart TV and an upright piano. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven and a microwave. Also on the ground floor is the smart shower room with mint green tiles and birch ply panelling. Up the generous staircase is the bedroom area. The super king bed has a Vi Spring Mattress - Regal Superb and the bedlinen is white Egyptian cotton. A further set of French windows opens onto a balcony - not yet in use as we are still waiting for the rail to be made and installed. There is a Boconcept Xtra footstool that opens out into a single bed in the living area. Other things to note The balcony is not yet functional as it is still waiting for a rail
